This week, I was truly honored to talk with Robert Scheer about a subject that should be on our minds: nuclear war. I remember reading Scheer’s book, “With Enough Shovels: Reagan, Bush, and Nuclear War” when I was in college in the early 1980s. Back then, at least some of the “experts” surrounding Ronald Reagan and George H.W. Bush believed a nuclear war was “winnable” against the Soviet Union. Those were the days of the nuclear freeze movement and of deep concern about the possibility of a cataclysmic nuclear war. (Of course, any nuclear war would be cataclysmic.)
Today, few people seem that concerned about nuclear war even as the Doomsday Clock creeps ever closer to midnight. Why is this? Scheer and I talk about this as well as other subjects related to nuclear weapons and the military-industrial complex.
Reblogged this on Unorthodox Truth.

Bill, you spoke clearly, confidently and sincerely when Bob gave you the Time in this discussion.
That is why the MSM will not give people like you, Scott Ritter or Col. Douglas Macgregor any exposure.
You would outshine the Paid War Propagandists.
Being 1 in the 100 Million People watching ‘THE DAY AFTER’ Kansas City was incinerated in a Nuclear Holocaust that November 20, 1983 in Montreal, it exposed the Official Government Lie, ducking under a table would save you in a Nuclear War.
I don’t know what went through your mind watching it at the very same Time I was, but for obvious reasons, my attention would pick right up seeing this clip at THE END, more than you or any other of the 100 Million People watching that night.
This Historical record explains why, published by The Kansas City Times on ALL SOULS DAY, November 2, 1976. It is 7 years to the month before that End scene appeared in THE DAY AFTER.
We all know THE DAY AFTER will be TOO LATE!

Bill, you also looked fresh and young in the video!
This can’t be off topic when you spoke in a very nice room where I assume, is a picture of Mary, Mother of Jesus on the shelf behind you?
What do you think God in Christ Jesus is saying by these words, “Who is my mother, and who are my brothers?” He points to the disciples and says, “Here are my mother and my brothers. For whoever does the will of my father in heaven is my brother and sister and mother.”
They must be important insights between the Spirit and the Flesh to consider because Matthew, Mark and Luke record them.

Yes, that is indeed a card featuring the Virgin Mary, sent to me by the local bishop’s office after I made a small contribution.
Christ’s words are very wise. He’s not asking us to reject our biological mother or brothers. He’s asking us to expand our notion of family to encompass all those who act righteously, and indeed not only them but “the least of our brothers,” for they are the ones in dire need of help.

Righteous answer, Bill!
In the same vein, The Christ explains the difference in perceptions between the Spirit and the Flesh,
And call no man your father upon the earth: for one is your Father, which is in heaven.
Neither be ye called masters: for one is your Master, even Christ.
But he that is greatest among you shall be your servant.
And whosoever shall exalt himself shall be abased; and he that shall humble himself shall be exalted.
At the End of Time, or the Trial and Tribulations when the all the People will be Judged with Justice and Truth, it will not be based on anyone’s religion or lack thereof, but on who is the Good unconditional Samaritan dealing humanely with “the least of our brothers” in dire need of help in Today’s Real World, when so much money is available for the Death and Destruction of WAR.
Before him shall be gathered all nations: and he shall separate them one from another, as a shepherd divides his sheep from the goats:
And he shall set the sheep on his right hand, but the goats on the left.
Then shall the King say to them on his right hand, Come, you blessed of my Father, inherit the kingdom prepared for you from the foundation of the world:
For I was an hungry, and you gave me meat: I was thirsty, and you gave me drink: I was a stranger, and you took me in:
Naked, and you clothed me: I was sick, and you visited me: I was in prison, and you came unto me.
Then shall the righteous answer him, saying, Lord, when did we see you hungry, and fed you? or thirsty, and gave you drink?
When did we see you a stranger, and took you in? or naked, and clothed you?
Or when did we see you sick, or in prison, and came unto you?
And the King shall answer and say to them, Truly I say to you, Inasmuch as you have done it to one of the least of these my brethren, you have done it unto me.
That’s why in another place in the Book it says, Welcome Strangers for many have entertained Angels and didn’t know it. People Judge more by the Flesh than by the Spirit!

Events are moving toward WW III. It needs to be stated clearly. Those bringing us to war are in denial of history. There is no solution to a problem if its existence is denied.
